November 12, 2008 Washington (dbTechno) - Montana Sen. Max Baucus has come out and supported the push for major health care reform ini the U.S. in 2009. President-elect Barack Obama is also reportedly working on plans as to how the health care system in the U.S. can be fixed in a quick manner. Montana Sen. Max Baucus has thrown his hat into the ring as well as he wants to push for health care reform. The plan presented by Sen. Baucus is said to be very similar to the one being pushed by President-elect Barack Obama. The big difference though is that Sen. Baucus wants everyone to purchase health insurance. This is the major alteration to the Obama plan, and it is one Sen. Baucus believes strongly in. The task is not going to be an easy one due to a lack of funds with the economic crisis, and Baucus did not say how much the proposal would cost. He will likely get some support though once President-elect Obama takes office. Source: dBTechno
