Association CEO Giovanni Bisignani says, "We haven't seen any relevant impact which could compare with SARS," the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome outbreak in Asia in 2003 that reduced world air traffic by 20%. Speaking in Madrid on Tuesday, Bisignani said, "What we have seen in these two weeks is a noticeable slowdown in traffic to and from Mexico." But he says the association will not have figures for air traffic in the month of April until next week. Copyright 2009 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.
